REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We hereby submit that we have adopted the following principles in order to process, protect and transfer the personal data of our Site Visitors, Customers, Members and all real persons with whom we are related, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and related legislation.


GENERAL PRINCIPLES ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

It is possible to process personal data by our Company, which has the title of data controller, within the framework of the principles listed below and regulated by Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

(a) Compliance with the law and good faith
(b) Being accurate and, where necessary, up to date
(c) Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes
(d) Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed
(e) To be kept for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.


COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As a data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data, including special personal data, can be used automatically or non-automatically, when necessary, with our company units, group companies, our website, social media channels, mobile applications, e-mail correspondence and with them. It may be collected orally, in writing or electronically through similar means, including but not limited to.

Personal data to be collected or processed to date pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data must be processed both in the legal regulation and for the purposes listed below or similar to these.

(a) Duly performance of legal and contractual obligations
(b) Ensuring and improving coordination, cooperation and efficiency within or between units within our company
(c) Improvement of the products and services offered
(d) Informing and making use of the products and services offered
(e) Advertising and promotional activities
(f) Analyzing the client portfolio
(g) Giving information about the events and meetings organized by our company and inviting them
(h) Ensuring the security of the website and other electronic systems and physical environments, sending e-mails
(i) Requested by the judicial authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution and trial procedures
(i) Transmitting information to the data owner on the subjects requested
(j) Replying to the complaints and feedbacks of the data owner
(k) Supplying employee needs within the framework of human resources policies and conducting, developing and improving recruitment processes, evaluating and finalizing the suitability of job applications and communicating with job applicants.


TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data, in accordance with the purposes and principles listed above in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, to our group companies, our consultants, the third parties we receive service from, our business partnerships, our suppliers, our authorities, the companies that process and preserve our company's data. It can be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and private individuals.


RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data owners;

(a) Learning whether their personal data is processed,
(b) Requesting information on personal data if it has been processed,
(c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
(d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
(e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transactions made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
(f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data and requesting the notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
(g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
(h) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
